I purchased one of Crazy Al's helmets about 4 years ago and the thing has been perfect. I have an oddly shaped head which makes just about every helmet give me the mushroom look. Thankfully Al's do not do this because of their low profile. I ordered a second one recently but believe the helmet must have been mismarked size wise. I received it and it simply didn't fit properly. Not sure if the Maltese helmet fits differently than the standard half helmet. Loved the helmet but just couldn't wear it so I returned it. I have since ordered another half helmet in my size. These guys are fast when it comes to shipping. I ordered on a Wednesday and received the helmet the next day. I unfortunately had to return due to the size issue for which they happily allowed me to return it. My only complaint is it would have been nice to have the option to exchange the helmet instead of only having the option to return it. Other than that I am a happy customer. The helmets are light yet sturdy. The do not restrict your view and are painless around the ears for me personally. I will not buy any other helmet than Crazy Al's. Best skull hugging DOT beanie available hands down.
