One Key Stunt Tricks As soon as you've mastered the basics of flying with your rc plane you can go ahead and increase your skills. And there's a few things you can do. You can continue to practice small movements to control the plane smoothly and accurately. Or you can try out some stunt tricks. For example, the one key stunt tricks that this plane is capable of. As soon as you hit the button, the plane will perform a flip, so that even rookies become stuntmen. Tip: Try to complete rotations or maneuvers with smoothness and accuracy. This way it’s much easier to stabilize the plane after your stunt. Advanced remote control The plane works just like a normal sized passenger plane. With a rudder, elevator and aileron. And – also like a normal plane would do – you can drive it to where you want the takeoff to be – just by hitting the throttle, which is included in the remote control. The most common method of communicating with an rc plane is by using a 2.4 GHz, as is in this case. The remote control comes with four channels, which means the following. With the first channel you can control the speed of the main rotor. The second one controls the speed or pitch of the tail rotor, the third channel controls forward/backward cyclic (pitch) and the fourth channel is for left/right movement. Which means, that you’re in full control over the plane at any time. Realistic performance This airplane performs in a very realistic manner and can be remotely controlled over a distance of 300 feet. You can perform cool stunts, loops and more in the sky and enjoy your plane from a distance. Easy to maneuver So, a very good way of starting the RC hobby is to begin with a small model and stay simple at first. Just to learn everything about it step by step. This plane is exactly the right way to go, because it’s ready to fly and easy to master. If you stick with this plan of attack, there will come a time when you can think about spending money on bigger models. Because, most importantly, the skills that you learn while flying a smaller and easier plane will carry over into your larger models. They won't be new skills that you have to relearn later on. Keep it simple! Starting with a big plane would only slow down your progress. What to know about RC planes Flying an rc plane can be a lot of fun, but it can also be quite difficult without proper precautions. So, we made this little guide to make sure that your experience with our rc plane is as safe as possible. First, you should familiarize yourself with the plane before taking off. Maybe, you've flown other planes before, but there can always be something different about each new airplane. You might have something turned around, or maybe another vehicle might respond differently when you're trying to fly it. The next important one is to familiarize yourself with the environment around you as well. Perhaps there's a building nearby, or maybe there are people near you. Sometimes, you might be enjoying some good flights until something happens that changes your control of the plane and you run into a structure, or even other people. So, always be aware of your surroundings at all times while flying. About Top Race At Top Race our main goal is to bring people happiness with our RC vehicles. We strive to provide our customers with a better design, an overall better quality and a much better product in general. So many people around the globe enjoy our vehicles and we enjoy building them for our customers even more. Since 2010, we have been the industry leader in RC vehicle design and development and we are always at the forefront of the RC hobby. Radio controlled vehicles have been around for a very long time and the technology that is needed for this hobby can be really expensive, so that many people end up spending much money for their first vehicle. We want to change that, so we build our vehicles in a manner that is more affordable than other RC vehicles. Because we love our customers and want our RCs to spread happiness and joy.

I purchased this and another plane (TR-C285G) for my 12-yr-old son and me to fly. We love them and have had a lot of fun. We go out for an hour in the morning or evening and fly them at the athletic field at his middle school. You need quite a bit of space, at least the size of a football field, without obstructions. We don't bother with the wheels on either plane. On this plane we never even took the wheels out of the box. We just take off by throwing the planes in the air with the throttle at max and the elevators at their highest position. We just land/crash in the grass. I think this plane is the more sleek and fast of the two. It cuts through the sky pretty well and is fun to watch. In beginner mode it is very easy to fly. We have no prior experience other than my son's video game experience--which probably helps. But I would not purchase this for a young child. The gyros keep the plane pretty level. I typically fly in intermediate mode because it provides more agility and the plane can do more aerobatic moves without pushing the stunt button. When the plane is really high in the sky I can attempt advanced mode (i.e. no gyros) for about 15 seconds. Pretty quickly it starts heading toward the ground because I am not skilled and so I quickly switch it back to beginner or intermediate mode and it levels off.I think it is a durable plane. It is a bit thicker than the TR-C285G, which makes it more durable. It is made of styrofoam and is very light. I have crashed it head-first into the grass, and have had two mid-air collisions (not on purpose) with the other plane. On one collision the wing tore on other plane. But that was easily fixed with Bob Smith foam glue. This plane has not been damaged in any of its many accidents. The propellers pop off nearly every time we land (or crash). Because the propellers are mostly black they are very hard to find in the grass. So, we painted fluorescent orange stripes on them to make them easier to find. The plane flies pretty fast at full throttle. I use full throttle to take off and for aerobatics. Otherwise I keep it at about half throttle so that it doesn't get away from me. It can go very high. I fly it as high as 300 feet. But then it starts to get too small to see and then it is hard to keep track of which direction it is flying. Another fun thing is to get it up really high and then turn off the throttle. It floats very well and it is fun gliding it back down to the ground. One reviewer commented that the rudder does not turn much. True. I don't ever use the rudder when I fly it. Using the ailerons is sufficient for turning. Other reviewers commented that the plane did not work out of the box or it fell apart when it crashed. Sounds like a quality control issue. Just send it back and get a replacement. Another reviewer said that while taking off it went straight into the ground. True. I have to aim the elevator up when taking off or it does crash very quickly.I definitely recommend flying over grass while you are learning. I have crashed this plane MANY times. But it still works and has no noticeable damage. Stay away from trees if you can. I can attest to the fact that it is not fun climbing a 50-foot tree to retrieve a little foam airplane.By comparison, the TR-C285G flies slower and hangs in the air a little more than this one. So, it seems a little easier to fly than this one. But this one looks more cool in the air and is more fun to fly IMHO.AFTER you feel confident that you are going to keep this plane, purchase a couple of additional batteries. I purchased "VOLANTEXRC 2pcs 3.7V 380mAh Lipo Rechargeable Battery for RC Airplane." Each battery charge lasts about 20 minutes. So, it is nice to have more than one.All in all, this is a very fun plane. Give it a try. I highly recommend it.
